What this website collects
This website does not ask you to create an account, and it does not store personal information on any server operated by the trust.
The contact form does not submit anything to this website. It assembles the details you type into a draft email and opens it in your own email application, which you then choose to send or discard. Until you press send, nothing leaves your device.
Information you send us directly
If you email, call or write to the trust, we keep what you send for as long as needed to deal with your request — for example, an application for assistance placed before the Board of Trustees, or a record of a contribution.
Records of contributions are kept because the trust is required to account for its income and expenditure to the Trust Council each year, and under the rules of the Income Tax Department.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the trust except where the law requires it.
Hosting and technical logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel records basic technical information about requests — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — for security and reliability. The trust does not use this data to identify visitors.
No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies are used on this site.
Embedded content
The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, and the gallery may embed video from YouTube or Vimeo. When such content loads, the provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. Their own privacy policies govern that processing.
Trustee and beneficiary information
The registered trust deed records personal details of trustees, including identity document numbers and home addresses. None of that is published on this website. Only names, roles and the trust's registration particulars appear here.
The trust does not publish photographs or identifying details of the people it assists without their consent.
Your requests
You can ask what information the trust holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the trust is not required to keep it. Write to the office using the details below.
